As a Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will lead WWF Belgium’s corporate engagement strategy, securing high-value partnerships that drive awareness, funding, and action for a nature-positive future. You will identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with corporate stakeholders, ensuring alignment with WWF’s mission and values.
Deep dive into the role
  • Strategic Corporate Engagement: Identify, research, and engage with new corporate partners to build long-term, high-impact relationships.
  • Business Development & Prospecting: Leverage your network and expertise to identify corporate prospects, analyze their sustainability strategies, and align their interests with WWF’s mission.
  • High-Impact Pitches & Proposals: Develop compelling, tailored partnership proposals and deliver persuasive presentations to senior corporate leaders.
  • Negotiation & Due Diligence: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring all agreements align with WWF’s ethical standards, values, and compliance requirements.
  • Partnership Stewardship: Develop and implement engagement strategies to strengthen partnerships, ensuring long-term corporate commitment.
  • Financial & Data Management: Oversee financial recording and reporting, ensuring compliance with GDPR and WWF’s internal policies.

  • Your colleagues in the Philanthropy/Corporate Engagement team.
  • The CEO, the CPOOPolicy, Communications, and Finances departments.
  • WWF offices and external corporate partners.
This is a good match for you if
  • You are a strategic, results-driven professional with a passion for building impactful partnerships.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English with a strong knowledge in French.
  • You hold a master's degree or equivalent (additional certifications in relevant fields are a plus).
  • You have 5+ years of proven experience in corporate partnerships, fundraising, or business development, with a track record of securing and managing partnerships.
  • You have a strong knowledge of CSR, corporate sustainability strategies, and corporate philanthropy, with insights into corporate structuring and decision-making processes.
  • You are familiar with the Belgian economy, key industries, and sustainability challenges, with an established corporate network.
  • You are an exceptional communicator with strong networkingnegotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire corporate leaders.
  • You thrive in both external corporate engagement and internal collaboration with conservation specialists and other WWF teams.You value processes and structure, understanding their role in building effective and sustainable partnerships.
