The Fundraising Department drives donor growth and loyalty to generate sustainable funding for nature conservation. As a Fundraising Data & CRM Officer, you are the data backbone of the team.
You ensure the quality, structure, and reliability of supporter data, act as Product Owner of Salesforce, and manage the fundraising reporting architecture in Power BI. By structuring and segmenting data, maintaining CRM processes, and enabling targeted selections and dashboards, you empower the Fundraising team and Data Analyst to run effective campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
Deep dive into the role
As Fundraising Data & Operations Officer you are responsible for: 
  • CRM & Salesforce ownership: you act as a Product Owner of Salesforce, translating fundraising needs into CRM improvements and coordinating with external providers and internal stakeholders
  • Data quality & database governance: you ensure data, quality, integrity and GDPR compliance, maintaining the supporter database as a reliable single source of truth
  • Reporting & dashboards (Power BI): you own the fundraising reporting architecture, building and maintaining Power BI dashboards that translate fundraising KPIs into actionable insights
  • Campaign data & segmentation: you support fundraising campaigns through audience segmentation, data selections and campaign tracking, enabling targeted and effective donor engagement
  • CRM development & migration projects: you contribute to CRM optimization, automation and the upcoming migration project, ensuring the system supports WWF’s future fundraising growth
This is a good match for you if
  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (such as Data Management, IT, Business, Marketing, Economics, or similar) or bring equivalent experience working with data, CRM systems, or reporting tools
  • You are fluent in Dutch or French, with a strong command of English
  • You have experience with CRM systems: ideally Salesforce, and you enjoy improving how systems support teams and processes
  • You are data-driven and detail-oriented: you like working with data structures, segmentation, data quality and databases
  • You have experience with reporting tools: experience with Power BI or similar BI tools is a strong asset
  • You translate needs into solutions: you can understand business needs and turn them into clear, functional requirements and system improvements
  • You enjoy collaboration: you work easily with different stakeholders varying from your fundraising team to external providers
  • You want your work to have an impact: you are motivated to contribute to the mission of WWF Belgium
