Are you ready to be part of something great?

As our Event Intern, you will support the planning and delivery of WWF's events, from donor gatherings to public engagement events, helping us bring people together around our mission to protect nature. This is a part-time internship (3 days/week) running from January to June. Please only apply if you are available for this schedule or close to it.

Deep dive into the role

  • Assist in the planning, coordination and logistics of internal and external events
  • Support the promotion of events across our communication channels
  • Manage guest lists, registrations and on-site tasks on event days
  • Liaise with suppliers, venues and partners
  • Write our internal newsletter

Who will you collaborate with

  • You will be working closely with our Communications and Public engagement colleagues

This is a good match for you if

  • You're available 3 days a week, from January to June 2027, and looking for meaningful first experience in the NGO sector
  • You are looking for an internship linked to your University/School (Communications, event management, ..)
  • You're organised and detail-oriented, and enjoy seeing an event come together
  • You are dynamic, sociable, and able to communicate clearly with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • You demonstrate initiative and curiosity, proactively seeking opportunities to learn, contribute, and improve
  • You are fluent in French or Dutch and have working knowledge of English
  • You adhere to WWF’s values, which are: Courage, Integrity, Respect and Collaboration
