WWF Belgium is looking for a Digital Engagement Intern to support our Fundraising, Communications and Youth teams in an ambitious digital growth strategy focused on maximizing the potential of our supporters.
Deep dive into the role
Digital 
  • Help implement, track, and optimize the digital marketing/fundraising campaigns that meet WWF’s financial and non-financial engagement objectives by helping SEO/SEA, email, paid social media, and display advertising.
  • Ensure accurate publication and basic optimization of content (basic SEO). 
  • Assist in the operational setup of digital campaigns: emailings, social media, web pages, forms.
  • Support the tracking of key performance indicators: traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Support the execution of cross-departmental awareness and engagement campaigns.
  • Provide day-to-day digital assistance to the Fundraising, Communication and Youth teams.
  • Share digital best practices and contribute to content consistency across channels.
Innovation
  • Apply continuous improvement by using the technology trends and performance analysis of all digital actions
  • Identify new digital fundraising opportunities, innovative ways of creating and sharing content to improve the supporter experience.
 
This is a good match for you if
  • You are studying (or recently graduated) in Marketing/Communication with a focus on digital marketing.
  • You are fluent in Dutch or French, with a good command of the other national language, plus solid English.
  • You’re curious and motivated to learn fast: you like testing, improving and understanding what works.
  • You’re practical and solution-oriented, with strong communication skills.
  • You have basic familiarity with some of the following (not required): SEO/SEA, email marketing, social media, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics.
  • You enjoy creating digital content (short copy, visuals or simple assets).
  • You’re organized, flexible and comfortable working with deadlines.
  • You care deeply about protecting nature and want your work to make an impact.
